Her mother became a homeowner when she was a child and she expresses it as being “no greater feeling than to create memories in what would be their forever home”. The amount of joy and harmony homeownership brought, and continues to bring to her family, is one she strives for all of her clients to experience!

Shortly after graduating from Wayne State University in Detroit, Raija boldly relocated to Charlotte, NC, and has since accepted it as home. As a Southwest Michigan native and now a North Carolina resident, Raija fully understands the process of departing from and choosing a new home entails.
